we do not cover any musical instrument or related equipment used in any business pursuit, profession, or while played for compensation, regardless of how often
for property used or intended for use in a business while on the residence premises, the maximum amount payable in any one loss is $1,500, including instruments held for delivery after sale
we cover only physical loss caused by a peril listed in this policy, such as fire, theft, or vandalism; accidental breakage from drops or impact is not included
for property used in a business while away from the residence premises, the maximum we will pay is $200 per occurrence regardless of the actual value of the items lost
theft of property while at any other residence, in transit, or away from the residence premises is not covered, including loss from an unattended vehicle without visible evidence of forced entry
flood, including but not limited to surface water, waves, tidal water, or overflow of any body of water, is not covered under this policy regardless of cause
earth movement of any type, including earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, or sinkhole, is not covered, regardless of how it occurs
in the event of a covered loss, we will pay no more than the actual cash value of the property less depreciation, and not the cost to replace the item with new
the deductible applicable to any one loss is $1,000, which shall be subtracted from any amount we would otherwise pay you
for electronic data processing equipment, including computers, audio interfaces, and recording or storage media, the maximum payable in any one loss is $5,000 regardless of the actual replacement cost
coverage above the standard sub-limit requires a current professional appraisal updated within the last five years; without one, the standard sub-limit applies
