Harp insurance for pedal and lever harps. The riskiest thing a harp does is move, and Ramble covers every move, worldwide and all-risk, from $175/yr, with no association membership required for the best rate.

A concert grand pedal harp is roughly eighty pounds of tensioned spruce and maple holding back about two thousand pounds of string tension, and it travels lying down in a van, over ramps, through doorways measured in fractions of an inch. Most harp losses happen in exactly that window, when a dolly slips, a column takes a knock, or a soundboard meets a stairwell.
Ramble covers the harp in transit, in the venue, at home, and everywhere between, worldwide, including accidental damage from the moves that go wrong.
A professional pedal harp from Lyon & Healy, Camac, or Salvi runs from the high teens into the tens of thousands of dollars, and fine examples hold value for decades when cared for. Insure yours at its declared value in your Ramble collection, and when an appraisal or the market moves, update the value and resubmit; only the difference is ever charged. And if a covered loss leads to a repair that leaves the harp worth less than before, diminished value coverage pays the difference, subject to policy terms.
The established harp insurance programs reserve their best rates for paid association members and publish minimum premiums above ours for everyone else. Ramble has one transparent price for every harpist, starting at $175 a year with a $100 minimum deductible per claim, quoted immediately during the application.
Photograph the harp or describe it, and Ramble's chat uploader identifies it and builds your valued collection, bench, covers, and tuning gear included. Apply straight from the collection with an immediate quote and approval in one business day or less. And if cataloging feels like one more thing to move, our concierge team will do it for you.

For illustration only. Amounts above are estimates based on Instruments & Equipment coverage at your selected deductible. Deductible is per claim, not per instrument. Policies start at $175/year; your actual premium and coverage depend on your gear, deductible, and application review.
